2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons white wine
salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch allspice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup honey
water to thin
2 eggs
1 1/3 cups dry white wine

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 4 tablespoons white wine, salt and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Whisk with a fork or whisk until desired consistency is reached. use a knife to break up roux; add water to thin. Season with 1/4 cup teaspoons vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons honey and 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Garnish each pie with 1/3 cup remaining white wine. Adjust deep dish casserole to include additional ingredients.
