3/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
3/4 cup ocean milk
1 (8 ounce) package fettuccini
1 (8 ounce) package frozen popular penne pasta
3/4 cup butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup dry white wine
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place spinach in a saucepan of water and cover with cold water. Boil until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place in large bowl and set aside, rewarm and drain.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic until tender. Stir in ΒΌ cup of green peas and tomato sauce. Stir in wine. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes.
