6 large fresh, ground roasted garlic
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup water
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 800 degrees F (450 degrees C).
Place garlic, nutmeg, and cloves in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and add cream cheese, water, and spinach. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed. Stir in mozzarella, and pour mixture into a shallow baking dish.
Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until cheese is melted and golden. Sprinkle spinach over top, and pour sauce over all.
