3 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup homemade lemon flavored Jell-O mix
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup white sugar
3 eggs
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine confectioners' sugar, gelatin, egg yolk and milk in a medium bowl. Beat on high speed until mixture is smooth and creamy.
In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar; beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour mixture into baked pie shell.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until set. Cool before serving.
