1/2 cup separated lemons
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 pints lemon-lime flavored beer
In a medium bowl, combine the lemon juice, sugar, and water. Stir al dente, but check for doneness and adjust as necessary. Hint: When you add the lemon juice, don't forget to stir. Put a straw in the bottom of a clean bowl to catch sediment, and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Let the beer sit out 2 minutes, then pour in.
