1 (1 pound) loaf French bread
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 large onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Make sure bread is thoroughly soaked.
In a medium bowl, mix together salt, pepper and cinnamon. Stir in onion and celery. Spread the mixture evenly into the loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Afterwards, remove from oven and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Before serving warm.
