2 cups leftover tuna, chilled and drained
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 (9 inch) corn tortillas
1 (5 ounce) can white beans with liquid
1 (6 ounce) jar salsa
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup tuna, bread crumbs, egg, milk, corn, liquid or water, and salt and pepper to taste. Serve over hot beans.
