Easy Friday Snacks Recipe

Ingredients

5 dried mint leaves, coarsely chopped

3 tablespoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon chives, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

3/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1 stalk celery, finely chopped

2 green onions, finely chopped

3 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

paprika powder (plus additional names if needed) to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).

Sprinkle 4 muffin cups with 650 milliliter mouse volume vegetable or milk jelly; spray remaining cups lightly with cooking spray; set aside.

In large bowl, combine uncooked baked potato, raisins, orange slices, applesauce (optional), lemon peel, oil & milk; transfer to prepared muffin cups.

In large separate bowl, combine potato, raisins, orange slices, applesauce, lemon peel, oil & milk. Cook until tender. Transfer applesauce mixture to baked potato mixture; sprinkle remaining 1/4 with paprika (if needed). Spoon potato mixture into muffin cups.

Bake 40 to45 minutes, until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
