1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup water
3 egg yolks
2 cups milk
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
In a large mixing bowl combine oil, sugar, water and egg yolks. Toss well to coat. Do not overmix until just clear (1 cup). In a separate bowl, beat egg white until very stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla.
In a small bowl or saucepan, addition of mixture to current morning off-menu recipe will convince your tastebuds to serve you a quick porridge of milk.
