3 liters Guinness
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
4 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups water
In a medium glass bowl, combine all ingredients except water. Stir well and pour into 2 quart glass. Stir 5 minutes or until rounded.
Pour into glass and let stand 15 minutes. Stir in 5 pounds brown sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, and caramelized sugar, if desired. Chill in refrigerator 30 to 60 minutes.
