2 heads iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
3 tablespoons feta-flavored thickening blend
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1 large bay leaf
1/2 cup fine white wine
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Combine ingredients in a medium bowl. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
