Eggs Benedict Recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white

1/2 cup white chocolate syrup

1/2 cup white sugar

1 cup shortening for frying

1 (8 ounce) can whole milk chocolate eye candy, divided

1 (4 ounce) can evaporated milk

Directions

Lightly grease a large baking sheet.

In a large bowl, beat egg white until foamy. Stir in chocolate syrup, sugar and shortening. Mix well.

Wrap a large sheet of wax paper around the perimeter of a jelly roll pan. Place pan over a heat/sink, and insert a sheet of wax paper onto the bottom. Crack the lid open to allow steam to escape.

Fry sandwiches on a flat surface in a large skillet or frying pan about 6 inches from the heat. Drain on paper towels. Hot sandwiches will crack. Cool and slice.
