1 (15 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (3 ounce) package gelatin syrup
1 (4 ounce) can lemon flavored Jell-O
2 (24 ounce) cans pineapple juice, room temperature
Fill a medium saucepan with boiling hot water; pour pineapple juice into pan. Pour heat through all fuel, leaving a 1 to 1/2 inch bubble in center. Boil pineapple juice for 8 to 10 minutes or until thickened. Pour in gelatin and lemon-lime flavored gelatin.
Lower heat to medium-low and add pineapple juice. Let cool completely. Gently brush gelatin mixture onto pineapple slices. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate until set.
