1 (1 ounce) square unsalted butter or margarine, softened
1 (15 ounce) can refried beans, divided
50 tacos, each with taco seasoning
1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Place butter in a medium saucepan and fry over medium heat until butter is melted. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, sift together the refried beans and taco seasoning. Stir in the cheese. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch dish and toss to coat well.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
