1 (16 ounce) package strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup strawberry juice
4 cups sliced almonds
In a blender, combine strawberry yogurt, strawberry juice and almonds. Blend until smooth. Fold in almonds. Chill until ready to use.
Unwrap the fruit. Place one slice of each fruit on each of 6 skewers.
Assemble the strawberry split spread for use in sandwiches. Spread one slice of each fruit on the foil strips for the top of the crust, then place 2 portions on either side of the foil. Roll the fruit together with the fingertips, securing with toothpicks.
