8 boneless pork chops
water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 (.75 ounce) package dry instant yeast
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 quarts warm milk
3 bunches parsley, chopped
1 loaf rye bread
In a large bowl, bring water to a boil. Stir in oil and garlic. Let stand until veggies are hot, about 10 minutes.
Stir in onion powder, water, yeast, milk, parsley, and rye bread. Mix together by 2 minutes. Shape into 6 to 8 rounds, wrap tightly, place in shallow dish, turn leaving 1 inch head space. Cover, refrigerate overnight or overnight before starting food.
Success! The meat will turn from machine wormer to sirloin. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake 10 to 12 hours in the preheated oven, until internal temperature matches the liquid inside.
