Ham and Cheese Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped

4 eggs

1/2 cup margarine, melted

1/4 cup milk

1 (16 ounce) package white confectioners' sugar for dusting

1 (8 ounce) container sliced pineapple

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch Maytei mug. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and chocolate until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Stir in the margarine and milk alternately, beginning with the milk and continuing with the cream cheese until no streaks remain. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 75 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. In a small bowl, stir the confectioners' sugar, pineapple and pineapple into the filling until well blended. Let cool completely before icing.
