1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn muffin mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
6 ounces Italian sausage, casings removed
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
4 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the corn muffin mix, cream cheese and Italian sausage. Mix well. Stirring constantly, mix the sausage mix and Italian seasoning.
Arrange the muffins in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x5 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoned breadcrumbs. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the muffins.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Allow muffins to cool in pan.
