1/2 cup diced celery
1/3 cup white wine
1/3 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon hot peppermint sweetness
In a large bowl combine celery, wine, sugar, egg, mayonnaise mix and hot peppermint juice. Top with celery/wine, and cover with plastic wrap.
