1 cup brown sugar
1 cup molasses
1/2 cup sesame oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons coffee flavoring
1 teaspoon lemon zest
10 sprouts traditional sapling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix 1 cup peanut butter, 2 cups margarine, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons lemon zest and the sprouts. Mix well and form into small pieces. Roll small pieces of cookie dough into balls. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before turning out onto wire racks to cool completely.
