1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Prepare the filling according to package directions using eggs, milk, cream cheese and cheese, nothing else.
Roll the filling into 1 inch rolls and refrigerate before serving.
