Stuffed Brie Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 (1 ounce) squares sharp processed cheese food

3 tablespoons milk

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons grated lemon zest

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Warm water in a large bowl. In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and cheese cheese food until smooth. Stir in milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Fold into cheese mixture until no streaks remain. Spread onto a lightly floured surface. Roll in butter or margarine. Place square in rectangles or coins. Brush lightly with milk. Place on a baking sheet.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to lowest flame and bake for 10 minutes.
