2 eggs

1 teaspoon white sugar
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
12 slices white bread
In a medium bowl, mix eggs, sour cream, sugar, and butter until well blended. Stir in vanilla extract. Form mixture into the shape of 12 slices of white bread. Serve warm.
