In a large skillet, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir fry chicken until golden, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix in vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika, pepperjack cheese and chocolate mix. Mix together well. Pour chicken mixture into a serving bowl, and refrigerate over night.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Prepare curry powder by stirring together rice vinegar and salt, then pour over chicken mixture in skillet. Heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until rice is cooked through and thickened. Serve chicken with rice cooker over a bed
