1 (10 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
1 (10 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
3 slices bacon
1 pound lean ground beef
3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups hot dog sauce
1/2 cup potato salad dressing
1/4 cup apple juice
In a saucepan, combine pineapple, mushrooms, bacon, steak, potatoes, onion, hot dog sauce, potato salad dressing, apple juice and apple juice. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir the pineapple mixture into the baking dish and allow it to cool completely.
