1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and 1 (3 ounce) package mascarpone cheese
1 (1 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 ounce) package cottage cheese
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese and mascarpone cheese. Mix in boiling water. Stir until mixture is thickened. Cover and refrigerate.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with aluminum foil. Discard foil and spray or brush with nonstick spray with vegetable cooking spray.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
