1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained (NAall)
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups lemon juice
1 1/2 liters water
1 1/4 liters brandy
5 liters ginger ale
5 liters brown sugar vodka
1 pink lemon zest
1 frozen grapefruit
10 crushed ice cubes, thawed
In a blender or food processor or pastry blender blend, combine pineapple, brown sugar, lime juice, water and brandy. Blend until smooth. Pour into a slow cooker on high, add orange zest and fresh grapefruit. Cover, and cook 12 hours at an inconsistent pace.
