1 tablespoon baking powder
1 egg
1 teaspoon agar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons tartar
6 cubes egg white
6 large apples
Combine baking powder, egg, lemon juice, and tartar in an electric food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Transfer to a medium bowl and layer in apple pie pan. Crack remaining spoonfuls of crust over apples, press tightly against edges. Pour batter over apples and continue shaping as desired. Chill and serve at room temperature.
