1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
6 egg whites
3 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, ground beef, egg, milk, salt, pepper and onion. Mix until well blended. Roll mixture into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
In a large mixing bowl, blend the Cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup butter or margarine, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over pie.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Cool before serving.
