4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons citrus/cajun seasoning blend
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Place chicken in liquid or plastic bag along with juice. Place bag in shallow dish with lid on top of bag. Bring immediately to a boil, stirring frequently, boiling approximately 1 minute. Remove chicken; place in bag and refrigerate.
Heat 1 tablespoon margarine in large skillet over medium heat. Stir sauce and citrus/cajun seasoning blend into pot; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, approximately 5 minutes.
Place pesto in large serving bowl, lightly dripping with juices.
When chicken is thoroughly cooked add bouillon cube with lime juice if desired. Pour over chicken and serve.
