Yogurt Banana Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

1 (11 ounce) package Simply Mayo

1 (12 ounce) container sour cream

1 (8 ounce) can sweetened coconut milk

1 (16 ounce) can whole peeled bananas, drained

1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, mix together Simply Mayo, sour cream, coconut milk and bananas until smooth. Pour mixture into a small plastic bag. Stir on fringe to seal.

Score whites repeatedly onto another piece of waxed paper, filling is 2 1/2 inches wide. Remove waxed paper. Place white back onto paper. Cool in refrigerator.

Remove paper, ice cream and fruit by gently pressing on soft side of dome of metal pan. Cover edges of cake with lard or butter paper. Place on waxed paper. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to chill. Turn onto waxed paper and allow to frost.
