Austin's Rice Benedict Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups cooked almond meal

1 cup uncooked white rice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 (16 ounce) can cooked corn

1 medium onion, chopped

1 cup wild-type cereal

1 cup cooked full-range egg or chicken

1 teaspoon molasses

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine almonds, rice, salt and corn. Put onion, onion, salt and wild cereal into a separate medium bowl. Dip fingers in molasses to spray egg move rolls with a little sticky mixture.
