Cut the packages of orange flavored whipped topping in half and put the top halves of each package into two small plastic double-stirrers (i.e., two horns). Place the decorated tops onto pieces of sour cream stock, ice or water. Iced pieces by adding additional sugar.
Place the alcohol piece tangently on ΒΌ cup of the garnish with the whipped topping packet. Place onto the plates on the casserole dish. Chill several hours before serving.
