1/3 cup white wine
1 tablespoon vinegar
3 tablespoons cold lemon juice
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 squash, halved
1/4 bunch green onion, sliced
3 ounces frozen mixed dressings
8 slices smoked Sirloin or sharp white cod
8 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Combine wine, vinegar, and lemon juice in a cocktail glass. Garnish with celery slices, squash, green onions, and cheese. Serve chilled.
