1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 proof vanilla flavored vodka
1 1/2 cups chocolate syrup
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
3 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
In a medium bowl, beat cream with milk until stiff. Beat in vanilla extract. Blend in vodka, sugar, chocolate syrup, instant pudding mix, eggs and whipping cream. Reserve 1/2 cup of the filling.
Place onto a large baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven until lightly browned. Cool slightly before filling frosting.
