1 1/4 cups chopped peaches
1/2 cup chopped green apples
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant orange pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant orange sherbet mix
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup sliced peaches
In a large bowl, beat the peaches, green apples, vanilla, pecans, whipped topping, orange pudding mix and orange pudding mix. Spread onto a large serving plate. Chill and serve warm.
In a medium bowl, mix the pudding mix with the sherbet mix. Stirred into the peach mixture. Spread over peach layer. Garnish with sliced almonds, peaches and strawberries.
