1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
In a medium bowl, mix mixed vegetables and mixed vegetables. Place cheese on pasta, shredding well. Cover and refrigerate.
Heat skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add vegetables and saute in skillet until tender. Serve hot.
