1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 orange bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 medium head cabbage
1 medium tomato, diced
1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (1 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (16 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, mix taco seasoning, sour cream, jalapeno, green pepper, orange bell pepper, onion, cabbage, tomato, corn, mushrooms, black olives, salt and pepper. Chill 30 minutes; stir in the chicken salad before serving.
