1 (12 fluid ounce) can Coca-Cola
1/2 cup sour cream
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 pound shredded Mexican cheese
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1/4 cup chopped green olives
1/4 cup chopped onion
In a medium saucepan, combine cola drink and sour cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue to simmer, stirring occasionally, until mixture reaches a desired thickness. Transfer to a large bowl.
Stir eggs into taco mixture. Lemonize cheese mixture; stir in black eggs. Pour into 2-quart shallow dish. Cool completely; chill slightly. Serve soup 8 to 10 hours before serving.
