1 1/2 pounds beef sirloin tip steaks
1/2 cup water
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules (b)
1 pint boiling water
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in tomato paste, vegetable oil, beef bouillon, and boiling water. Simmer 15 minutes.
Remove beef from steaks, cut into 1/2 inch strips, and place in a medium bowl with the marinade. Cover, and refrigerate for a minimum of 24 hours.
