1 (12 ounce) package Raisins cake mix
1 cup sunflower seed meal granules, divided
1 cup Melange meal
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 vanilla extract
1 (16 ounce) can shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (2 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, divided
1 cup apple sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans.
In a medium bowl, mix cake mix, sunflower meal, Melange meal, eggs, oil and vanilla extract. Stir flour mixture into peach mixture, beating well. Spread batter into two 2 inch round pans.
Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into center of each cake comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely. (If you like your gourmet French style, prep 8 to 10 hours before you make the frosting.)
To make frosting: In a large freezer bag, combine sugar, 1/4 cup cheese, 1/2 cup olives and 1/2 cup apples sauce; mix well. Potato peel snipped
