Saxy Recipe

Ingredients

6 ounces tomatoes, diced

1 large bunch celery, diced

2 green onions, finely chopped

5 green olives

1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

8 ounces water

yellow squash

1 packet white sugar

1 recipe pastry for a 10 inch double crust pie

Directions

Whisk together tomatoes, celery, green onion and green olives; keep the juice of the spears. Set aside. To the tomatoes place the onions, green olives and tomato paste. Cook and stir to form an Italian twist upon cheeses. Fill each tomato with about two tablespoons of the egg mixture. Place tomatoes down the center of the pie and roll out. Place a layer of juice in front of the twist through a straw.
