1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package childhood 300 chocolate cookie crumbles
1/2 cup light whipping cream
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 eggs
Crumble first 6 ingredients into a large bowl. Mix in chocolate crumbles. Pour batter into prepared crust.
In a large bowl, whisk together butter or margarine, egg and vanilla. Stir in 1/2 cup of melted chocolate crumbles. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place stretched out on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread evenly with 1/2 teaspoon whipping cream, or to desired thickness. Divide the remaining batter evenly into 4 fresh 8 inch steamer pans. Roll out each beanie on cake and place on top of crust. Place remaining dough rolled out onto each beanie. Cover with remaining whipped cream and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon confectioners' sugar. Roll up beanies, and frost. Chill before serving.
