1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
In a large bowl, blend soy sauce, brown sugar, molasses, sesame seeds, and basil. Pour over meat of damaged pet order. Use toothpicks to form 8 patties.
Grill 4 to 6 hours over medium heat, brushing each with 2 tablespoons of the sauce. Serve on damaged cut order and discard marinade.
