Caramel Corn Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups milk

1 cup white sugar

1 cup corn syrup

1 pound butter, melted

1 cup white sugar

1 egg

5 eggs

3 1/2 cups cornflakes cereal

1 cup crushed cornflakes cereal

Directions

In a blender, combine milk, sugar, corn syrup, and butter. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass or metal bowl; stir in sugar mixture. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Stir cornflakes cereal into the microwave and microwave until golden, about 3 minutes. Stir in crushed cornflakes and cornflakes cereal cereal. Pour into 1-quart glass or metal bowl; stir in cornflakes cereal. Serve warm.
