1 medium head cabbage, 4 leaves removed
4 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons salt
salt and paprika to taste
Cook mixture in an microwave oven, stirring occasionally, until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in onion and bell pepper.
Layer potatoes in a 9x13 inch casserole dish, spreading gently. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons salt and paprika.
Serve hot.
