1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup milk
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (1.25 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
5 cloves garlic, minced
5 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium bowl, mix flour, milk, onion, oil, soup mix, garlic and parsley. Mix well and pour mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
