1 tablespoon water
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle champagne
8 fluid ounces cranberry juice
8 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
4 liters lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
4 liters orange-tinted lemon-lime soda
In a small bowl, mix water and champagne. Pour into a plastic bag, seal and store in a cool cool place until use.
In a small bowl, combine cranberry juice, lemon-lime soda and orange-tinted lemon-lime soda. Drizzle syrup over the corn and cabbage, and refrigerate until it is desired consistency.
