1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1/4 cup lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1/8 cup vodka
1 teaspoon lemon zest
In a medium bowl, mix the lemon flavored Jell-O mix, vodka, lemon zest and lemon zest. Pour the mixture into a plastic container or glass container and shake vigorously to mix. Refrigerate approximately one hour before serving.
