1 (10 ounce) package frozen dry spinach
1 (3 ounce) can frozen mixed spinach concentrate
2 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 ounce) package frozen brownie mix cubes
1/2 pound sliced salami
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 pound processed cheese food, as desired
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
In a 1 quart container of liquid nitrogen, mix together spinach, mixed spinach and crushed pineapple.
In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, salami and onion.
Spread evenly into greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with green pepper.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely, then remove from oven.
While the spinach is baking, mix together ground turkey or any other meat and cheese.
Remove from heat and stir in spinach mixture. Spread the meat mixture over the top of the casserole.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove casserole from oven and drizzle with ranch dressing while the casserole is still warm.
